Traffik Boosters is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with canceling services provided by Traffik Boosters.
Cancellation Procedures
Notification: Clients are required to provide written notice of cancellation to Traffik Boosters. This notice should include the client's name, project details, the reason and effective date of cancellation.
Delivery: Cancellation notices can be sent via email to cancell@traffikboosters.com
Cancellation Fees
Project Stage: If a project is in progress at the time of cancellation, the client may be subject to cancellation fees based on the project's stage and the work completed.
Fees Calculation: Cancellation fees will be determined based on the percentage of work completed and the resources allocated to the project up to the cancellation date.
Refund Policy
You have a period of three (3) days from the date of this agreement to review the work order. During this time, you may cancel the project without any penalty.
If you choose to cancel the project after the 3-day up to 10 days, there will be a 50% cancellation fee based on the total project cost. After 10 days, no money will be refunded if you cancel. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Termination for Cause
Breach of Agreement: Traffik Boosters reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any terms of the service agreement, including failure to make payments or provide necessary information.
No Refund: In cases of termination for cause, no refunds or cancellation fees will be applicable.
Modification of Services
Client-Requested Changes: If a client requests a modification or change to the scope of services after the project has commenced, any resulting delays or additional costs may be subject to adjustment.
Amendments to the Cancellation Policy
Updates: Traffik Boosters reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
